Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Open trade-in-favors.com or the Trade-in-Favors app and tap Sign in / Join. Enter your email and the 6-digit code we send you.
- Tap 👤 Profile.
- Open Delete my account, type DELETE, and tap Delete my account.
Deletion happens immediately. Open the board to delete my account.
Can’t sign in?
Email info@khim.org from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your email address, display name, ZIP code and bio
- All your offers, needs, kids-resource listings and events
- Notes you left (“Would recommend” / “Would use again”) and notes on your posts
- Your conversations and every message in them (for both people)
- Your block list and sign-in sessions
What we keep
- Reports you filed about others are kept without your name or email, so we can still act on them.
- If your account was suspended for breaking the rules, we keep your email address on a block list (and related reports) to stop the same person from rejoining. Nothing else is kept.
- Contact-form emails you sent us are in our inbox; ask us in the same email and we’ll delete those too.
